At Poster Memories, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our poster and canvas prints, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right with your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect or does not match your order
  • You are not satisfied with the product and contact us within 14 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused and unframed
  • Include the original packaging if applicable

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to reflect in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

4. Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to send a replacement free of charge. In some cases, you may not need to return the original item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized prints
  • Items purchased on clearance or during final-sale promotions
  • Orders returned after the 14-day return window

6. Shipping Returns

If a return is required, we’ll provide you with the return address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:
